Custom sawmilling is an excellent option for those looking for one-of-a-kind, high-quality wood with a story while also being environmentally conscious. If you have logs waiting around or trees that need to be removed and you would like to repurpose them into some custom milled lumber, we’ve got you covered!

Portable Milling Services

*No service during the "salt season" on the roads.

With our modified Woodmizer LT40 we can even come to you and do all of the milling on site. That’s right, no need to worry about how to transport logs to the mill, we’ll come in with our portable sawmill and do the job without adding the extra hassle or stress of transport.

If you’re within 200 miles of our location, we’re excited to discuss your project needs and if you’d like our services but are outside the 200-mile radius, we also do milling at our shop as well.

No matter what way you slice it, milling is a labor-intensive, time-consuming process and often also quite frustrating if you set out to do it on your own. When most people think of wood-based projects and sourcing materials, they imagine the wood yard at a hardware store.

Custom milling is an entirely different beast with its own set of challenges and rewards for those willing to make the investment in equipment and countless hours of learning techniques, skill, and craftsmanship.

One of the biggest rewards that custom milling brings to us is the ability to take our passion, skillset, and equipment and create something for our customers that is designed to their specifications and brings a whole new meaning to custom wood. The aim is always to provide beautiful, high-quality, one-of-a-kind materials, and that is exactly what we do.

Our modified Woodmizer LT40 is capable of milling logs up to 45” diameter and 25’ long. Milled product can be cut at any thickness in 1/16” increments, for finished cuts up to 37” wide.
